    Cheylah was born in Southern VA and raised all over the DMV area. Having experience in the medical field and a love of helping people, ultimately she has plans to pursue Midwifery. Cheylah believes in building community and the village as well as "Mothering the mother". Having received training through MaternityWise Institute, Cheylah is constantly researching and expanding her knowledge base to be the best she can for my families. Additionally, she’s assisting MaternityWise in the creation of a new curriculum with them as well as mentoring new doulas.

    Jocelyn is native to the DMV area, Currently residing in the Baltimore area, Jocelyn is a certified Birth Doula as well as a trained Postpartum & Placenta Practitioner of 4 years. Jocelyn is a loving mother and very family oriented. Through her own birthing experience, she gained an interest in birth work. Thus igniting her passion and desire to help create a non judgmental, sacred , safe and empowering space where families can be heard and have the support that they deserve and need.

    Kymberly began her education into healing over 30 years ago, and over time began to find her way towards this healing path. Initially starting as a Prenatal Massage Therapists over 15 years ago; she later added to that by becoming a Doula. Kym continue to develop her skills as an educator for almost 20 years. It is her belief that it all starts with listening to you and your body first. To help you with your journey, she needs to know what she can help you with.
